DESCRIPTION :
DLUX Art 3% Developer is made to work seamlessly with
the DLUX Art Lash & Brow Hybrid Dye. Its watery,
non-drip formula ensures easy mixing and smooth application.
How to Use :
1.Mix equal parts developer and dye (1:1 ratio) in a bowl.
2.Stir until smooth, then apply.
